Answer 1:

Go in "Manage Cams" window. Press Menu and select "Add camera". In "Camera Settings" you have to specify your camera vendor, model, hostname, and port number. Press Back button to see the live video coming out from the camera. The easiest way to automatically add all your cameras is to use LAN Scanner available in PRO version. For advanced users we have an option adding any camera model by specifying camera requests manually.

Answer 2:

Please provide us a temporary access to your camera (see Contacts). We will take a look.

Answer 3:

You need to setup port forwarding on your router. Port forwarding forwards all traffic from your private camera to external network, e.g. from 192.168.0.3:8080 to your_external_ip:8080. Read the router manual for how to do that or contact your system network administrator. Enter your external IP address and port number in RODISmartWatch when you've done. You can also use a free step-by-step tutorial from www.portforward.com Usually DSL connections renew their IP addresses after 24 hours. Use DDNS service to get fixed domain name, e.g. no-ip.com or DynDNS.

Answer 4:
